Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. HENLEY & MARLOW is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges

Our Standard Policy
We require that you contact us before sending anything back for a refund or an exchange. Please e-mail support@henleyandmarlow.com or call us at 1-800-523-8589 with your order number.
Returns / Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery of your purchase.
All items must be in unworn condition with hangtags attached and in original packaging. For the good of all our customers, we can not accept back products that have been worn.
For any authorized return or exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped from the lower 48 states. You'll get a prepaid label from our Support Team by email once you contact us.
Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased on the HENLEY & MARLOW website.
Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please e-mail support@henleyandmarlow.com or call us at 1-800-523-8589 before sending anything back.
If we receive a worn garment back from you, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment be returned to you.
